Shipment tracking was thorough which was nice and it was also nice to know the authenticity of the shoes was being verified. Also shipping was faster than I thought it would be and the shoes I got were exactly what I wanted and ordered.

I honestly had never heard of this website before and was hesitant to order shoes from here. Like any other trustworthy online store, I received a confirmation of my order, a notice when it shipped with tracking info, and an email once it was delivered. And my shoes are awesome! Already shared this website with a few friends and intend to purchase again through Jordanfanatics!

The shoes I purchased were sold out everywhere! Found them on Jordanfanatics. They cost a little more than I wanted to pay but hey, at least I got them. They came fast and are in excellent condition!

I ordered some shoes for my son.. and on expected delivery date I received an email saying they had been delivered. They had not. I emailed Jordanfanatics to alert then. Then I looked at my email again and it said had been delivered but on the next day. And they were! Jordanfanatics responded to my message immediately and we're on it!! I will continue to buy from them and my son was so happy that they actually came earlier than expected!!

Good verification and relatively fast shipping. Slightly hostile policies regarding returns and cancellations, but somewhat understandable given its role as a marketplace.
